We supply dental instruments within Australia. These Terms may be updated from time to time.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. Availability is subject to change.
- All prices are in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise).
- Payment is required at checkout.
- We do not store full credit card details.
Orders must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.
- Orders are shipped across Australia (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).
- Delivery times are estimates only.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- All products are covered by ACL guarantees.
- You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures.
- Manufacturer warranties may also apply.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- Claims must include proof of purchase and be submitted in writing to Sales@ozdentalmart.com.au.
