Shipping & Returns Policy – OZ Dental Mart
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times: Standard (3–7 business days), Express (1–3 business days).
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders over AUD $250.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Change of Mind: Accepted within 14 days if items are unopened and unused. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
- Faulty/Damaged Goods: Covered under the ACL. We cover return shipping.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened/used dental instruments and custom orders.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect goods).
